For anyone who gets a good pic of their thief; Take the pic to the area sporting goods stores and archery shops and see if the workers recognize the guy. Don't tell them he's a thief until you get a name. If you get lucky you can send him a copy, then ask for the stand back before you go to the authorities. Good luck.
