Hornady SST is what I've sighted in as far as 20ga sabots. 200 is a chip shot if you take your time and really "try" to overlap your shots at 100. Don't settle for 4" groups, strive for sub 2" and it'll do its part as long as you do yours behind the gun;)

Are you stuck on the 12ga barrel? I'd recommend going with a 20ga. I don't have one, but have sighted in a friends and it takes the cake imo

I'd like to think im going to wait for a 150 this year, but I doubt I'll let any 140 walk. With a 2yr old, hunting time is more limited than what I'd like and waterfowl is also a passion of mine. If a buck tickles my fancy, he's getting a rage;)
