Looks like they did, includes changes to crp, PLC/ARC, Crop Insur, base acres, etc.... Not sure I understand what all of it means myself. For Example: a reduction in spending from conservation programs (-$1.8 billion, FY2025-2034),
interaction effects (-$3.6 billion) and sequestration (-$2.2 billion). I heard they wanted to reduce NRCS dollars for helping people with program implementation efforts, I assume that's the "interaction efforts"? Sequestration application? Don't know....
There's some articles written on it if you Google it... Changes seem farmer friendly.
