I am still not convinced Trump will pull this out. Wisconsin is already making noise about putting their stopgaps in place by adding more "drop boxes" for ballots. We tend to think everyone leans on common sense like we do in Iowa but that's just not the case. NY court has pushed the sentencing to September for political reasons. This is a chess match for the ages, this fall we will likely see turmoil like the 1860's.
I do want to add my opinion on our party system. I work for a European company and they are as close to being full blown socialist as they can be, at least in regards to social issues. They're all left wing nutso's until it comes to their bank accounts. Go after the money and they run to the right faster than hunters crack dealer runs to Whitehouse. All I hear from all of them "The US needs more than 2 parties".
All we have to do is look at what just happened in France with Macron pushing his votes to the communists. France voted for the RN (esentially the French version of the RNC) so that turd Macron pushed his support to the NFP (imagine the DNC ran by the squad). France is hanging in the balance as the NFP is a dangerous fringe group and the French voters know it. This approach allows one person (Macron) to become the most powerful person in the world, even though they are ignoring the will of the people. Macron has nothing to lose as he is "officially" on the way out but like Obama he has visons of being the un-elected puppet master. Our system is the best system in the world, when we can keep the fraud out of the election cycle anyway.
