can u recommend a product i can get at a farm king or menards for spraying around tubed trees, i only have a limited amount of time when i get home to do 100 things that i want,
If it's tubed trees and you're very careful (don't have your sprayer on a fine mist) - just use round-up and being the trees are tubed, you should be absolutely fine. Round-up is not residual so you'll have to do a few times.

I have a few chestnuts seedlings 12-24" tall that I need to protect this winter. They are currently tubed but I don't know if that will work. The seedlings are from my father in laws tree and he has since past, so I got to keep them growing. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
Does anyone have any extra Dwarf Chinkapin Oak acorns that they would be willing to sell? When I checked with the source I have used before out of NE he was sad to say that he didn't get much of a crop at all this past fall.
